Boots and Boucle

Classic and timeless, the Boucle jacket was pioneered by Coco Chanel. The name is derived from the 'loopy' texture of the wool, the literal meaning of the French word 'Boucle'. First popular in the mid 1920's, the longevity of the Boucle jacket comes from its adaptability.  Originally worn with a pencil skirt and hat during the time of its debut, fashionistas today seem to be pairing these vintage jackets with a killer pair of boots, or over a fabulous dress.  Magnifique!
